Today’s book recommendation is - Why We Sleep, Matthew Walker.




I read so many great books last few years about human behavior and how to become the best possible me, and this was one of the most interesting and game changing. Everyone knows that a good night’s sleep is important—but what exactly is a good night’s sleep? And how do one make one happen? Walker and his book has had quite an impact on me and my bedtime habits to up my chances. If your New Year’s resolution a few months ago was to be healthier in 2021, his advice is a good place to start. And as he points out “if we all slept enough” our health care burden would plummet, we would have better health and fewer sick days, our roads would be safer, our kids smarter and we would all be happier and more tolerant.
