What a journey these past eight years have been! When CEO and co-founder Brian Chesky asked me to join him to help "democratize hospitality," I had no idea what affect #Airbnb would have on the travel industry landscape. After four years of helping to steer the rocket ship and being Brian's in-house mentor, I knew I was pregnant with my fifth book.
