In discussions inside Liquid—the company formerly known as Liquid Consulting —I use the phrase O2P. It means from “opportunity to performance”.
This is my shorthand way of reminding our team that we should be doing a better job of making our current and potential clients fully aware of the tremendous breadth of our capabilities.
To say this another way, we handle engineering AND procurement AND construction AND performance. #epcprojects
Not many people know this. Yet.
I’m telling them that every time they share more of their needs with Liquid, I view it as an opportunity to deliver them better #outcomes.
I’m saying this over and over again, because in many cases we are called in to fix a job that we could have done better in the first place, had we been asked to do that job. We’d much rather do it right the first time—saving you time and money—than to “save the day” after a mishap.
BTW, I put these words together somewhere out in the middle of #Texas…
