If you ignore everything else I say, remember those 11 words, for they are sufficient to guide you through a wonderful career and life.
Eat right.
Exercise right.
Be respectful.
Set a good example.
Stay true to your values, no matter the
pressure to do otherwise.
Remain curious.
Always be willing to learn and grow.
I could use more words, but those 11 will lead you to all the other lessons you will ever need.
